I drink about three to four glasses of water a day, but it's from a half gallon sized jug so I know I'm getting enough water. However I'm not peeing that often and when I do it's very dark and kind of smelly. I shower three times a day I'm so self conscious about the smell and worried that it might turn into an infection. I don't know what else to do. Is this normal?
