Baby moving less 37 weeks

I am 37 weeks with second baby. He is usually super active. Last night I was doing my hair for a few hours and he didn't move then he didn't move while I was sleeping (I woke up like 4 times and ima light sleeper) when I woke up He finally moved after like a half hour then later around 4 he went back to not moving I took a nap around that time and when I woke up no movement then got movement after about a hour. Not much but some. Called the doc she said if u feel concerned then come in but I can also drink something sweet and see what happens which I did hence the few movements. Debating should I still go in to get checked or as long as I feel something just hang out at home?
