True love or Foe love?

I've known this guy (two states away) for gosh, 11 years now. different states. we met, instant magic and then nothing. I'm now in a serious relationship and I love my bf but this guy came back, I can no longer forget him although he's given up on me, I believe. what do I do? He's in my heart branded for life, I almost had his child.. but it wasn't meant to be.. I don't know if I'll love him forever because.. we almost had a child or if I'm just always going to know him as the one that got away. He still surrounds my EVERY thought and being. is there any advise to be given? I'm a foolish girl, this I know..
