I can't do this

My baby was. One on the 12th. He was tongue tied (we got that corrected at the hospital, his bottom lip never comes out and I can never get him to latch right. I have to feed him some how so I just suck it up and my nipples are getting ripped up. I can't do it any more my breast are also so engorged all I can do is pump while he sleeps it's so bad I just can't get my nipples to stop being hard as rocks, another reason he can't latch right. I'm a FTM and this is so overwhelming. Can I just give him my milk in a bottle how do I do it
