Stress contractions
I'm insanely stressed out right now and also suffer from anxiety attacks. I've now been having semi painful contractions and now cannot calm down. I'm about to call my OBGYN but wanted to look for other advice, since usually they'll tell me to go to the ER if I'm that worried, but I don't want to spend the night in the ER just because my anxiety says to.
