We had had a really rocky time of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. We've been ttc for 2.5 years we are both 27. I had bilateral endometriomas and probable endo, with a diminished ovarian reserve (AMH 7.7). We started long protocol <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">Ivf</a> in June. On my day 5/6 I was told I only had 2 follicles and it might be converted to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>, I was devastated, is already had 3 weeks of down regulation making me feel poorly. They increased the dose of menopur and they collected 8 eggs. Unfortunately during the procedure they ruptured 2 small endometriomas and I ended up on antibiotics to reduce risk of infection.

They next day we got a call from the embryologist to say only 1 egg had fertilised, only 4 of the eggs had been mature. More tears were shed and this felt like it was never going to happen.

We had a day3 transfer of a grade 2 embryo. We went away for a week to keep busy and relax. I took the2 weeks off work as unfortunately I work in OBGyN so didn't want to be around pregnant women.

Today was my official test day 15days post 3 day transfer and look!
