How to do eyebrows? Help!

I have know idea how to do eyebrows. I know how to pluck them and not make them caterpillars but how do you fill them in. What do you use? What tools? I'm helpless.

I use a brow pencil to lightly fill them in & then I'll use a brow powder on top of that. Spoolies are also really handy to brush them through for a more natural effect. There are some really good brow tutorials on YouTube 😊
