Morning after pill

I feel really stupid but I'm paranoid, I had unprotected sex the day after my period, took the morning after pill, STUPIDLY had unprotected sex the next day, took the morning after pill again. So my question is, what effect would that have on my body as there was only two days or so different between taking the pill for the second time?
