IBS TMI
I don't know if anyone else suffers with this but when I have a bit of a binge my ibs tends to flare up and it's one of those moments where if I don't get to the toilet then something bad will happen, I know I shouldn't binge eat with ibs but who doesn't? But really strange thing while I'm in the bathroom having my moment I get really hot and sweaty and dizzy, does this happen to anyone else?:/
