Mommy rant

Ok, so hubbys family smokes. That's fine, just keep it away from my 3 month old. He comes home today from a 20min visit and she smells like smoke, her carseat smells like smoke, blankey (that I just washed) smells like it. Do I have a right to be angry? Can I tell him if his family members who smoke want to see her, can come here and not smoke? Am I overreacting? I just hate the smell and two I'm super paranoid as is but second hand smoke was on a list of SIDs factors. Also, I don't want her having health issues so young. I get it's his family and they want to see her, but something needs done.
