High protein meals?
So I posted in here previously about wanting to lose weight and getting a gym membership. It's only been 3 days or so but I'm still feeling motivated. I'm doing a mixture of cardio and heavy lifting. Im going for 4 days a week. I've been reading a lot about weight loss and have seen a bunch about eating a high protein diet. I try to eat a lot of protein already but truth be told I'm a mom and I work full time so sometimes prepping everything out seems like so much work my hubby (a chef) thinks I should 'suck it up' and get my protein from just food. I'm thinking about doing protein shakes. Something to have between meals in the office so I don't feel like binging out on 3 bowls of ice cream after work. Recommendations on that and a pre-workout?
