Blood pressure help

4 weeks postpartum and my blood is 150/100... any idea on what I can do to lower it? This happened a week after I had my daughter so I rushed to the er and after some tests they said I was fine and to come back if it got to 180... I'm following up with my doctor this week but since it's Sunday is there anything I can do to lower it
