So we have a new puppy and he's potty pad trained since he couldn't go outside (only had one round of shots when we got him) and was store bought. He's 12 weeks old. We keep him in the kennel when we can't keep a close eye on him and he barks nonstop. We have neighbors with children and who work at 4am. He also does this thing where he shits in his bed. He also shits on his puppy pad and if we don't get it as soon as he's done he rolls in it, steps in it, and gets it everywhere. We don't know why he does this. We've never seen a dog do this. Help!
