BBT help???
So this is my first month tempting and I got a jump in my temp but my opk test is still light could I be about to ovulate? I have been using OPKs for 8 months. (I know I'm not in my fertile window but I have been drinking pregnitude and it has been improving my periods and it brought my ovulation from day 60 to day 20 last month)
