If I was 23 weeks would I have a bump by now? Like would I be able to tell I'm pregnant.

I have symptoms eg; thick discharge constantly, pelvic discomfort , sore nipples on and off.

I don't know if I feel movement or not because I have a week stomach and get gassy easily.

I have had negative urine pregnant tests and getting my period each month..

I'm due for my period tomorrow. I'm stressing that it isn't going to come. I havnt had sex since feb because I have been stressing about pregnancy. I went to the doctor and they said I'm not because I had my period and negative HPT.

But people on here have said that they have had negative tests and periods and still be pregnant so of course now I'm freaking out.

If you are going to be mean about it, just don't bother commenting. I am being serious and wanting people's opinion...
