Period help???

I know this will sound weird but a few weeks ago I was involved in a terrorist attack and before that my periods were really regular- every 6 weeks for me. However after this my periods have gone CRAZY like 3 since it happened. I just want to know if anyone has any advice or help?

Well maybe you're too stressed about what happened to you . stress can change your period , it can come late , or you're period flow can be less. But if you would like you can go to a doctor so they can see if maybe your period changed since that can happen as well.
