Pink after wiping

So I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I went and peed a few times and when I wiped there wasnt any discharge just a light pink color, remind you at 30 weeks I had a brethaine shot and at 34 weeks I had brethaine shot 2 steriod shots and magnesium the last three weeks I've been dilated to 2 and the last 2 weeks I've been 90% effaced they said she would be healthy if she decided to come
