Weight loss advice?
I work out 4x a week, from Monday-Thurs but I havent lost weight from it, only gained muscle, but since I work out from 7:30-8:15 everyday with my trainer doing HIIT, should I run in the mornings everyday, or is that too much? Or should I do it on the weekends like every friday, and saturday and have an off day on sundays? or what do you think? I'm starting to eat clean as well. I'm only eating protein and vegetables , eating kale everyday (I love me some kale, lol). Those who have lost weight, can you give me your advice. I'm trying to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks, and continue on during fall and winter since I'm not going back to college, so I'll have more time to workout on my own while I look for a job to support myself. Thank you!
