First time mom here. I can't sit this way at all, maybe when I was younger but I remember it being uncomfortable when I did.

I've been around babies all of my life but I've never seen a baby sit this way, so I'm curious if anyone else has seen it with their babies. She's 9 months by the way!

Edit: a couple people commented stating their opinion on this "W" sitting position (didn't even know the name for it) so I googled it and there are articles that say yes AND no about it being okay for a baby to sit this way. So I'll just wait until I talk to her pediatrician at her appointment this up coming week and ask for her opinion before I jump to any conclusions.
