Hi momma's,

I'm curious as to how many times a day did/does your 4 month old nap? And for how long?

My daughter normally does 5ish naps in a day, between 7 am - 7 pm.

Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less.

But she use to sleep at least an hour each nap. Now she's sleeping at most a half hour each nap. I am trying to get her use to sleeping in her play pen during the day, and it's been hard on her. She is use to sleeping on my chest for all her naps. But I just can't anymore.

Any advice/ or tell me this is normal. 😊
