He will not stop calling me after he lied to the police and had me removed from his home because I brought my child...  it's literally as dumb as it seems and at this point I do not want him contacting me ever again..

I did not have to show any proof. I just had to fill out a very detailed packet, including describing in detail how he was harassing me, and sign that everything I said was true. I got an order of protection for domestic abuse, but there is also just a no contact order that you can do, or a regular restraining order. Go to your local police station or courthouse and ask them for your options. You may need to provide proof depending on your area.

You have to have pretty good proof he has threatened you to put one on him and unless he does something really bad it wont last more than three days
