portion sizing
so I've recently started trying to diet/eat healthy. so far I'm doing ok I think but I have one problem and that's my portion sizing with lunch and dinner. my meat portion is normal sized I just go way overboard on the vegetables. I like to have big meals and be left feeling full. do I need to cut down my portion size in order to lose weight or is it ok that half my plate consists of vegetables enough to feed two people?
