Sore breasts and nipples and hips

I am having some dull pains in my hip area and I am also have sore breasts and they feel really full and my nipples are so sore to touch. Tmi I'm sorry. I am probably about 7dpo I feel like it's way to soon to know if I'm pregnant and to experience symptoms. I don't get this with AF. Any advice?
