feeding/sleeping question

Heidi

our 3 month old son has always been a belly sleeper. We have a monitor that sends alarms if he isn't breathing and our pediatrician gave us the go ahead. he has been drinking 5 Oz bottles. before bed he always has a bottle. sometimes if it's close to his last bottle well just give him a small out to top him off. the last 2 nights though, after we feed, burp him and lay him down, after a put 5 minutes he's spit up. it's in the crib and on his face/hair. he's not crying after eating and isn't gassy. this is the first time it's happened consecutively and I'm worried something could be wrong.
