Thyroid med + clomid = scalp pain??

Ok so I took my 2mo of clomid (cd5-9) and I'm on 50mg of levothroxine to keep my tsh in baby making range. For the past week I have this pain in my scalp or hair follicles on one side. It feels like after you take a tight ponytail out but I haven't had my hair in a pony for a week and I've washed my hair but its sensitive to the touch & when I'm sleeping. I have an appt w/dr but not until tues. so was hoping you ladies can shed some light? I've googled it could be hormonal ? AF is also due tues.
