The hospital I will be delivering at provides a doula free of charge! My husband and I are thinking about taking up the offer, but I would like to know the pros and cons to one. As well as etiquette. Do you get them goodie bags or what you get the nurses? Or do you tip them? I just want to make sure I'm well versed on etiquette and pros and cons before I dive right into it!
