Chiari malformation

Does anyone else have chiari?!

What was your experience with labor and delivery? Did you have vaginal or c section? Epidural? Tell me your experiences! Have you had the decompression or not?

I was diagnosed when I was around 14, and had the decompression at 16, my chiari was at 7 mm.. I haven't seen a neurologist in a few years because everything has been fine and there's really been no need to. My ob hasn't said a word about it but knows I have it. I honestly never even gave it a second thought this entire pregnancy until today, a friend messaged me asking if I knew how epidurals were bad for those with chiari, so naturally I start doing some research (curse you google) and now I'm starting to worry. I have my next appt tomorrow so I'll be bringing it up then with the doctor, but still, I want to hear your stories!
