Prenatals making you even more sick!?

I feel like when I take my prenatals my stomache gets really upset. Not even a nauseous feeling, just an upset stomache feeling😕 I forgot to take them this morning and I felt pretty fine all day. With the occasional nausea just this morning. Anyone else? Is there a specific prenatal that this doesn't happen with maybe?

I've started taking mine at night and it helps a lot! That way I'm not taking them on an empty stomach and I'm asleep while they're digesting.

Yeah. When I take them I just throw up. I stopped taking them. Just watching what I'm eating and making sure I get the right nutrients from my food. It's the better way anyways.

I take Garden of life plant based and that helped a lot. I take with food and sometimes at night and have no issues. I have taken on an empty stomach and notice maybe a tiny bit of nausea but nothing terrible.

I have the same! Doctor adviced me to drink a warm cup of tea with it... It really helps... Before I could taste the folic acid all the time after taking it🤢🤢🤢
