Randomly out the blue got sick is this possible lol

I LITERALLY JUST GOT SICK TODAY I was perfectly fine all day then BOOOOOM got sick runny nose sneezing so muchfeel so down headache I feel like shit now! And period a week away .. like this was so random how do I just randomly get. Cold or whatever this is !!
