Please help so important! Can't stop over thinking this

Haven't had a periods since May. Done one pregnancy test on the 22nd June and it was negative. Took 2 more the other day and they are both positive? How is this possible? Are they both false positives or am I pregnant? I'm so worried because I've told my partner I'm pregnant but I only just remembered the test I took on the 22nd June that was negative I got two positives on the 15th July?? Help!
