please help

I'm 36 with a 12 year old son so I'm not sure what's going on. Its been a long time since I've been pregnant and I don't recall a lot about it and I know every pregnancy is different.

Here is what's going on. I've been TTC for a while and have gotten nowhere but my period isn't due for 8 days but for 4 days I have had off and on spotting, random headaches, stuffy nose, constant fatigue, what feels like a volcano erupting in my chest/stomach area and moodiness. No nausea or vomiting or anything so I'm not sure what's going on. Can someone please help me out? Thanks in advance!
