weird..

so this evening I was eating fettuccine and I could barely eat it, it tasted like vomit, after I took a shower and my shampoo smelled like vomit. It's never happened before. We are ttc, have not had period yet. Anyone know what's going on? btw there was no fettuccine on my hands
