Ovulation and period help.

I'm not sure if anyone can help me but I'm really struggling with my ovulation and periods. I'm really trying to get my periods more regular and try and prepare for them more.

I had the egg white like, stretchy discharge and cramping around the time that Glow/eve said I should be ovulating. I was meant to get my period on Thursday (13/7) however nothing has came as of yet. Took a test and it was negative and I'm not showing any real symptoms of pregnancy.

Now, I'm getting pain in both my right and left ovaries and my cm is a white, creamy, sticky colour (sorry for tmi), with the last few days being more like water. My underwear is soaked.

I've had mild cramping throughout the whole month, some days it's worse sometimes I barely feel anything. I'm just really confused because I thought I was ovulating when eve/Glow said I should be but now I feel like I'm ovulating now. My last period was June 8th, I have no real average cycle length however it is always more often than not over 28 days.
