Uh I'm pretty sure you're describing an orgasm. For me I have the same sensation and it feels like a building pleasure and once I can't take anymore I squirt and sometimes combo or creaming/squirting (don't know if you know but there are two ways to climax). However I personally have to flex certain leg muscles in order to make myself cum when I feel this pressure. I believe that is just my own body however because the ladies I've spoken to about this don't know what I mean at all.
