This is embarrassing and I need ur help!

Ladies. For a long time now I've been worried about an odour.. down there. I've had urine tests, swab tests, smears.. my GP said she doesn't notice any odour. But my discharge is heavy and can sometimes be a bit orange. I honestly cannot wear any floaty dresses, loose trousers etc as I feel like others can smell me, HELP
