TTC & anticardiolipin IgM

Is anyone else TTC with elevated levels of anticardiolipin IgM? My first blood test showed level of 21, just barely in the "slightly elevated" range. 2nd test showed 27. Our fertility doctor suggested I start taking low dose aspirin/baby aspirin and I was wondering if anyone else had any other suggestions of how to combat this? Or if they were able to get pregnant naturally with this? The information I have found online is so conflicting and our follow up appointment isn't until next Wednesday. So far this is our only abnormal test result. We have been TTC since September but had 2 MCs. We just want to start our family!
