Feb baby and food

Anyone's baby still not very interested in food ?

Or is but doesn't get how to eat yet and just "taste" the food. My girl loves her fingers more than anything and has been like this for well over a month now. I try to give food but the fingers follow with it. I don't mind bc she's not even 5 months (few more days) and some don't do solids till 6 months. I am just curious here. I also receive wic so for August they have given food and less formula so I'm nervous how that will work when she won't be 6 months till the end of August.
