morning sickness

Hey ladies, I got my bfp about a month ago, I have my first doctor visit Wednesday but inliterally feel like I am going to die from morning sickness that lasts literally all day, not to mention becoming extremely dizzy and faint on top of it. I work in retail so it's almost impossible to call out of work. any tips to try and help me make it through until Wednesday and I can tell the doctor? thanks
