My daughter is 8 weeks old. Shes had some wicked baby acne, but sometimes it's clustered together and really red. I'm a FTM and it's hard to tell if it's a rash or if I'm overthinking things. She does have her 2 month appt on Friday so I can bring it up too. Of course I'll call the ped immediately if it's believed to be a rash. She's not fussy or anything, just her typical smiley self this morning. She did spit up once at some point in the night and I wiped it off when she was awake for her next feeding. Could spit up exacerbate things?

***its acne! I was nursing her at the time and had just switched sides, so everything looked very red from her head resting on my arm!
