Americanpregnancy.org is a good place
General rule, nothing raw or undercooked.
No booze, no drugs and only otc drugs that are approved such as Tylenol.
No raw items like sushi.  No deli meat.  No sprouts.  
Add in lots of water and fruits and veggies.
No prepared salads from the deli.
It's a downer but it's worth it.
Also avoid women saying "I ate all those things and my baby is great". 
Trust doctors and scientists before you trust Susie down the street pounding moscTo and turkey toms during her pregnancy.

As mentioned , plus raw egg or soft , some kind of fish as sword & shark & u should eat specific amount of tuna too .. you can search about it 👍🏼

Make sure you eat fully cooked meat. Stay away from raw or steamed seafood. Make sure they are fully cooked if you eat it. Keep caffeine intake to less than 200mg. Stay away from unpasteurized cheeses or milk. 
Basic rule is you want to avoid getting an infection from your foods.

Raw fish, cheese that isn't pasteurised e.g. Soft cheeses, some doctors advise avoiding all deli meat.
Also advised to avoid rare steak.
