Veins in breast??

I'm 7 DPO and I have very prevalent veins on my breast that lead and show in my nipples as well. Is 7 DPO too early to show this kind of early pregnancy symptom??

With both of my pregnancy the first thing my SO would say is how many veins I had in my breast. I was never sore or had morning sickness. Veins in my breast and out of breath easy. These happen way before a BFP.

may be too soon for the veins to show not sure but if you start getting sore boobs or pain then maybe a good sign good luck
