Workout advice
I'm in year 8 and I wanna start working out. My first workout session was yesterday (with my dad, who's my trainer)and we focused on core and cardio. Im a 110 pounds and my height is 4'10. I want to work on my height and people say that this is one of the last year's in which working out can contribute in my height growth. What workouts should I do? I like the idea of spin class and I think it's a good way to workout and burn fat as well.
Can anyone suggest some workouts and a diet plan maybe?
(I'm vegetarian)
Also, severe diabetes runs in my family and I enjoy working out. If I gain 2 kgs more then I'm weighing more than I'm supposed to according to WHO's BMI chart. (Lol, I know I worry too much but still)
