Looking for some useful insight! We are going ti start sleep training my 7 month old next week. We dont haven any routine right niw we are ebf and just let her sleep on me, but she cant fall asleep with anyone else so if i try to leave the house i always get called home. So we want to try sleep training but doing a pick up put down method in the crib or a sitting and patting her back. I do not want to just put her in and let her cry! So we will nurse, lotion her up, pjs, read to her and rock her around the room and say good night. Lay her down and see how it goes. Pick her up calm her anytime she gets fussy and put her back. Has this worked for any others? Do u have any tips or suggestions for me thanks!
