I think it's actually quite intriguing but a little too much for me. I can't live without cheese! My mom tried the paleo diet and had really good results and felt great (she's a health freak)

my family is on it...personally I dont think its anything to do with the portions of meat and veggies thats making the big difference as much as cutting out the processed and artificial foods. If you stop eating those and replace them with whole foods you'll lose the same weight. Ill admit it was effective for my parents, my dad lost over 50 lbs, but personally I dont like meat and so I ended up going vegan on accident lol

My daughter has a dairy and wheat sensitivity. So we mainly follow a paleo diet for her :)
