Okay, so I made the decision to start birth control for the first time. I have my appointment this Thursday afternoon and I'm actually really nervous. Can anyone give me any advice or tell me what to possibly expect? I know everyone is different and all bodies will react differently but I'd still like a general idea. I just want an opportunity to brace myself. I'll be taking the oral tablets.
