Good afternoon ladies !
I am really looking for some support . My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in February. I recently found out I am pregnant again. I am currently 5 weeks and 4 days.
My anxiety has been THREW the roof. I woke up last night at 4 am with an anxiety attack- I couldn't sleep until 7 this morning. Everything that changes send me into panic mode.
My boobs were very tender and they stopped hurting and then I got worried. I had sex with my boyfriend and then I had pink spotting and freaked right out.
I went to my clinic this morning and the nurse told me the light pink spotting after sex is normal, and then she did bloodwork. She called me back and let me know my levels are where they should be - everything looks normal. I'm going for another bloodwork on Wednesday to ensure they are still going up.
Even after hearing this news, I still feel anxious. My baby stopped growing at 6 weeks last time and I think its because I'm so close to that same time frame .
My question is / how do I stay calm? How can I think positive when I'm so terrified to go threw that again. : ( really need some
