Iron Rich Pea Fritter Baby Finger Food!
I found this recipe searching for iron rich baby goods. This recipe calls for feta, which shouldn't be given to babies. I substituted crumbled tofu instead, and I also used chickpea flour with 1/4 to of baking powder and baking soda. No onions or parsley ad I didn't have any, but I'd try kale instead of parsley. With these ingredients, making 13 fritters out of 2/3rds the recipe, each should have about 3.26mg of iron!
