Tiny Titties Bra Shopping

I'm 21 years old and I'm pretty much flat chested. I have minimal bras in my drawers because 1) I feel like it's very hard to find something that fits me comfortably, especially being on one of the extreme ends of the scale, and 2) I don't like going shopping for bras. I've become more comfortable about my chest as I've gotten older, but it's still an insecurity, and publicly shopping for a bra that fits me is kind of embarrassing.

I'm looking for suggestions of what to do, where I should shop, encouragement, etc. Help?
