Breastfeed and exercise
So I really enjoy exercising, i continued working out during my pregnancy. I'm still a big girl :) but I enjoy it. I am now 5w pp and I'm really really wanting to get back into exercising. I'm just nervous this time because I've actually been able to breast feed my baby! With my son 4 and a half years ago there were just so many complications that I couldn't breastfeed and I was really devastated. This time around I was totally prepared to formula feed and low and behold my milk came in, my daughter had a great latch and I was so happy that I could actually do it. Now I'm worried about doing anything that could effect my supply. I need support of a sports bra, but I'm worried to constriction could effect my supply. Right now I'm just wanting to do some light cardio, walking fast, that kind of stuff until my body gets back in alignment and I can do more activities. Just wanting to hear from other breast feeding exercising mamas to see if they had any dip in supply or any tips. Thanks!
