Any mama who tried vbac ?

I would love to hear your experience as I'm trying to convince my doctor that I can do it ☺️ 
I had an emergency c section 8 years ago and my dr just scheduled my next c-section for October... I had never thought about vbac until a friend mentioned that I could do it bc I only had 1 c-section ? Compared to c-section, how painful was the recovery ?

Ive had a natural and a csection. Up the next day with a vaginal delivery, took me almost 3 months to fully recover from my emergency section. Vaginal delivery is so much easier and the recovery is 100% better than that of a section. Thats just my opinion. I hope i will be able to havr a VBAC with this baby but i guess i will have to wait and see what doctor thinks.

I've had two VBAC's. Both at home. 
Recovery is %200 better, easier, faster than a c-section.

I'm trying to do the same! My Sister had her second baby vbac. He was much bigger than her first and she had no problems at all! He was actually over 9lbs. 😅
